We are a small team of 5 people working remotely from London. V12 Management operates in the secretarial, accounting and management consulting sector, helping European entrepreneurs to do business in the UK. The company was born in 2016 after 5 years of professional experience in the field as COO of our founder Filippo Giordano MEng. V12 has had a significant increase in turnover during 2021 and a further big increase is expected in 2022. Now we are hiring!

About you

  • You live in a time zone that allows you to be available for meetings somewhere between 09.00 and 17.00 London time

Our Virtual Assistant will be employed on demand 3h/day and  5days/week

Marketing, sales and customer service
— Research: trends, competitors, markets
— New client onboarding
— Credit chasing
— Reception – Everyday WhatsApp handling, emails, client contact
— Lead research and contact, nurturing (messages, email, etc) and qualification (from contact to preliminar meeting)
— Quotes, invoices and general bookkeeping management
Service development and delivery:
— English translation of documents/processes/articles
— Creating business plans from available information
— Companies House’s and HMRC’s online procedures for Limited Companies
— Filling legal templates
— Bookkeeping and other procedures in online accounting software Zoho Books
— DHL courier procedures
Purchasing and outsourcing:
— Online research for various softwares and services
— Human Resources – recruitment, policies, procedures


  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 year’s experience in a similar role(s)
  • You are experienced using MS office, CRM systems, web-browsing
  • You are confident project managing and delivering on time and budget

Bonus points if you:

  • speak and write Italian fluently
  • have your own freelancing business and website
  • use as a standard a time-tracking software for project managing and consequent invoicing
  • have experience with WordPress, Html, CSS, PHP
  • know other databases and scripting environments
